Easy delivery and storage - Biodac granules are available by bulk railcar, bulk truck (pneumatic and bottom dump), in one-ton tote bags, and ready-to-use 40 lb. bags. Biodac granules are shipped overseas in 20 ft. and 40 ft. containers.

Easy to move and transfer - Biodac granules move easily throughout a formulation or manufacturing facility by pneumatic transfer systems and/or conveyor belt. The product's high resistance to attrition, greater than 99%, makes it virtually dust-free. This allows the granules to keep their integrity and remain clean as they move through the manufacturing process.

Easy to process – Kadant GranTek's high quality manufacturing process produces a granule with very little variance in bulk density. This enables mixers and blenders to be filled volumetrically and efficiently, with no over formulation.

The liquid holding capacity of Biodac granules is greater than 18%. This eliminates the need for post-drying operations typically associated with other granular carrier products. The dust-free feature of Biodac granules can also help minimize, and in some cases eliminate, the need for and cost of disposal associated with contaminated waste material generated during manufacturing.

Easy to package - The high quality features of the Biodac granular carrier make it easy to package into virtually all standard product packaging. The product allows for consistent head space in bags and canisters and allows no dust in the final packaged product.

Easy to assay – Because of the product's matrices and crevices, as well as its high absorbency, it is able to take in the right amount of active ingredient material. It will assay consistently and allow for correct concentrations of the required active ingredients (AI's). Safe and Compliant – The Biodac granular carrier requires no special state or federal EPA precautions. It is classified as an inert material in Class (4A) by the US EPA in 40 CFR 180.950. It is fully compliant with California’s Proposition 65 requirements and is an acceptable inert material under the EU REACH Protocol standards.
